To initiate a return or exchange, please refer to our refund policy. Please note that items must be in new and unused condition, unwashed, and returned in their original barcoded polybag within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your refund will be processed. If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, we will mail it back to you.
