We're excited to offer worldwide shipping to our customers.

Standard U.S. Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $250 within the U.S. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping is available for $9.99+ with an estimated delivery time of 2-6 business days after shipping plus 1-2 business days for fulfillment. Alternatively, express shipping is available for $26.99+ with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days after shipping. Please note that the estimated delivery time may vary depending on the item(s) ordered, and items may come in different packages depending on warehouse locations.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping as well. Standard shipping is available for $19.99+ with an estimated delivery time of 6-9 business days after shipping. For those who want their items faster, express shipping is available for $28.99+ with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days after shipping.

Processing Time: Due to our large volume of orders, we're currently working at a reduced capacity of 4 working days per week. We're committed to promoting well-being in the workplace and ask for your patience as we prepare your orders. Please note that some items may experience delays due to the impact of COVID-19. Delivery Time: Orders with standard shipping can expect delivery within 7-12 working days. Express shipping orders will be dispatched by FedEx or DHL and can expect delivery within 3-5 working days after fulfillment. For pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we'll ship your order as soon as all the items become available.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout. A second email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 3-5 working days for the tracking information to show. If there's a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Shipping Disclaimer: Please note that delays are often inevitable in the shipping business, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Arotagas is not responsible for delays with USPS/DHL shipping, international duties or customs charges, or products that are lost or damaged in the mail. If FedEx/DHL cannot deliver your package after several attempts, it will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases, your order will not be refunded, and you'll need to pay an additional US$20 shipping and handling fee for the package to be re-delivered to you.

Wrong Address Disclaimer: It's the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. If you need to cancel or change your order or shipping address, please contact us at customercare@arotagas.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to do so.

Returns: If you need to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to proceed. Please note that the cost of return shipping back to Arotagas is the responsibility of the buyer.
