Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Arotagas, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, which is why we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To ensure that the process is smooth and efficient, please follow the guidelines below:

  • We offer refunds to your original payment method on full priced items returned to us, after the item has been received and inspected. Store credit is offered for any returned sale item or purchased using a discount code.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • We do not allow order cancellations or order edits once an order has been placed, so please thoroughly double-check all order, contact, and payment information at checkout. We do not make price adjustments on any past or future orders.

  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with tags attached and in their original barcoded bag and polybag.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and cable tie still attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, hair, or other stains. We will not accept any returns that do not comply and you will not be given refund, and you will be invoiced for the shipping cost to send the items back.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed. If the item does not meet our guidelines, it will be mailed back to you.
  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
  • All returns or exchange orders will incur a restocking fee of $45 for the original shipping amount if the recipient did not pay shipping on the original order.
  • We only offer store credit for returned items and we do not issue refunds to the original method of payment for any returned sale item or items purchased using a discount code. You will receive your store credit gift card via email within 5-10 business days of delivery of a return back to our warehouse. Store credit never expires.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the store credit amount and will not be refunded.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at customercare@arotagas.com and provide your order number, the reasons and photos of the return items. We will guide you through the return process step by step. All returns are subject to evaluation by Arotagas.
  • Sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. 
  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at customercare@arotagas.com within 14 days of the delivery date but like returns, they are not free. We will provide you with the return address, please return your original order and use your store credit gift card towards the new order. We do not honor sale prices on exchanges if the sale has ended. We do not accept international exchanges.
  • Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

Duplicate Orders:

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID, and we will refund the duplicate order as long as it has not been shipped out.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product, please send photographic proof to customercare@arotagas.com, and we will review the case and contact you regarding a reshipment to replace the damaged product.

Order Changes/Cancelled Orders:

Please make sure you carefully review your order before placing it. Our shipping department works very fast to pull orders and ship them once order are placed. Because of this, double check that all sizes are correct and you definitely want your items before submitting your order because no changes can be made once your order is placed.

Wrong Address:

We do not take responsibility for orders that are delivered to the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to double check the shipping address before the order is placed. If the wrong address is given, it is not our responsibility.

Lost/Stolen Orders:

Arotagas is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen. Please contact USPS/UPS with questions regarding your package once it leaves our facility.

Arotagas reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
