Returns and Exchanges

At Arotagas, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, which is why we accept returns and exchanges on items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. It is suggested to ship items as early as possible as there can be delays with the shipping carriers. To ensure that the process is smooth and efficient, please follow the guidelines below:

  • We offer refunds to your original payment method on items returned to us for full priced items, after the item has been received and inspected.
  • Purchases made at our Flagship Store are eligible for return or exchange, both in-store and online.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once our warehouse receives it. This can take up to 7-14 business days in holiday periods.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • We only offer store credit for returned items and we do not issue refunds to the original method of payment for any returned sale item. You will receive your store credit gift card via email within 5-10 business days of delivery of a return back to our warehouse. Store credit never expires.
  • Custom orders or items marked as final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All items are quality checked before they are dispatched to customers. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with tags attached and in their original barcoded bag and polybag. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and cable tie still attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, hair, or other stains. We will not accept any returns that do not comply and you will not be given refund, and you will be invoiced for the shipping cost to send the items back.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your return will be processed. If the item does not meet our guidelines, it will be mailed back to you.
  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us at customercare@arotagas.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We will provide you with the return address, please ship your items back to our warehouse. We offer one complimentary exchange for size or style. Any additional exchanges will incur a restocking fee. If you choose to return an item after an exchange, a store credit will be issued.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns without your order invoice, order number and email confirmation. Please print your order confirmation email that was sent to you at order placement and include in it the return package.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at customercare@arotagas.com and provide your order number, the reasons and photos of the return items. We will guide you through the return process step by step. All returns are subject to evaluation by Arotagas.
  • Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Write RETURN on the front of any parcel you wish to return. If you fail to do so, you will be subject to additional customs and shipping charges. We also may withhold to decline your parcel. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
  • At Arotagas, we are committed to maintaining high-quality standards, supporting sustainability efforts, and managing our exclusive, limited-production inventory. Each return undergoes thorough inspection, cleaning, and repackaging to ensure pristine, premium products for our customers. Additionally, we take pride in paying fair wages to our skilled US staff who handle every step with care and precision. To help cover these efforts, all returns will have a restocking fee of 11% of the item price for the original shipping amount and handling. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any questions.
  • Arotagas reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Arotagas reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
